MAXFREE -Smart Technical Sweater The combination with metal micro fiber in the application of man and woman’s apparel offers static resistance and prevents piling while the sweater remains light-weighted and keeps the body warm。
The material of modified acrylate prevent the sweater from piling and the weaving with metal micro fiber offers static resistance allowing machine wash and 85 degree machine dry without shrinking. The Characteristic of 《Super Fin Metallic Fiber》:
- The diameter is approximately 0.028mm (equivalent to 1/6 human hair), it can be woven and stranded with any textile products。
- Continuously releases negative ions, to remove excess positive electricity on the surface of human body and maintain positive and negative electrical balance, in order to prevent interference from static。
- Unique “heat stability” property, our body temperature can be memorized kept within to suit, therefore, the heat would not lose。

(3)Experiment proves that the < Super Fin Metallic Fiber> is 6 times more durable comparing with other materials。
- Anti-Static Test:
(1)Test Conditions: 20 degree Celsius, 40% relative humidity。
(2)Test Category: Static Decay time。
(3)Test Methods: AATCC 76-95 Fed.101C standard test。
(4)Test Resul t: The < Super Fin Metallic Fiber> has a static decay time of 0.01/sec.
Meets World Health Organization Anti-Static Electricity Standard。
- Constant Temperature Test:
(1)Materials Compared:< Super Fin Metallic Fiber>, artificial fibers, wool fkibers。
(2)Test Method:Exposed to a 500 watt light source for 10 minutes。
(3)Test Result:Artificial fibers’ temperature increased only by 14%, Wool fibers increased by 17%, while the < Super Fin Metallic Fiber> increased by up to 18.5%, reaching a tem-perature of 32.2℃, demonstrating the best heat preservation。
